Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a ERP Analyst:

Job Responsibilities:

Analyse existing IT application systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance and efficiency.
Manage application change requests and support project implementation to ensure smooth deployment.
Develop, configure, and test ERP functions, web services, and interfaces between applications, including coding and algorithm development.
Customize and configure workflows to facilitate ERP integration with other business systems, ensuring smooth data exchange.
Troubleshoot user issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades for ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), business intelligence tools (Metabase BI), and mobile interface applications.
Collaborate with end-users to implement system improvements and address operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and administering ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and associated reporting services; experience with X++ and .NET development is advantageous.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and work independently when required.
Willingness to work outside standard office hours when necessary.
