Facility Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

- To carry out day-to-day facility tasks (e.g. scheduled maintenance, ad-hoc repair and etc.) assigned by the immediate supervisor.

- To record diesel tank reading daily and inform Procurement & Sourcing department if refilling required.

- To manage the service providers for dump area (e.g. general waste, used carton boxes and etc.) collection and ensure cleanliness in the area.

- To ensure cleanliness of external perimeter of the building at all times. (E.g. external perimeter, carpark, dump center, Annex staircases, lifts)

- To conduct regular facilities inspection and report to the immediate supervisor for any issue and fault found including safety issue.

- To escort external contractors when carrying out work in the premises.

- To assist in other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

- Contribute towards the smooth running and continuous improvement together with the team

- Apply food production standards and SOPs related to safety and hygiene policies and procedures

- 应用与安全和卫生政策和程序相关的食品生产标准和标准操作程序
