Job Posting: Personal Assistant for Family – School & After-School Activities

We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual to assist with the daily school runs and after-school activities for our children. The ideal candidate will be someone who is active, reliable, and has a good educational background. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with children.

Responsibilities:

• Drive children to and from school as well as extracurricular activities.
• Accompany children on international trips as needed.
• Ensure children’s schedules are maintained and help them stay organized.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to the children’s needs.
• Provide a supportive and caring environment for the children.

Requirements:

• PR holder or Malaysian resident living in Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in Singapore with a valid license.
• Energetic and active, with the ability to engage with children and participate in various activities.
• Good educational background.
• Open to traveling with the children abroad.
• Age: Ideal candidate should be relatively young (early 30s or below).
• Flexible working hours with one day off per week (day off not fixed).
• Must be able to speak English fluently (additional languages a plus).

Preferred Attributes:

• Previous experience with child care or as a personal assistant is a plus.
• Positive, cheerful, and nurturing personality.
• Comfortable working in a family setting.
