Field Service Engineer

Senior Field Service/In-house Engineer on Semiconductor Robots

Ø Semiconductor Robots installation, calibration and troubleshoot in clean room.

Ø Semiconductor Robots overhaul maintenance and test in service center.

Ø Preferred with Brooks / PRI robot experiences.

Ø Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customer requirements.

Ø Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues.

Ø to drive technical escalations and generate proper POAs to resolve issues.

Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined and strong team player with high integrity

Ø Able to work overtime on weekend/standby as required
