Finance Executive/officer

• Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & invoicing
• Support budget preparation and forecast
• Assist in handling full set of accounts (AP / AR / GL / P&L etc)
• Monitor and update the product cost
• Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation
• Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support system improvements or implementation
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Data entry
• Maintain proper filling and records
• Handle general administrative duties
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

· Hands-on, analytical, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.

· Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation.

· Meticulous with positive working attitude and able to meet deadlines

· Well organized, meticulous, detailed oriented, multi-task and able to work independently
