The primary responsibilities include the development of Treasury system, diversified financing, risk prevention related to funds management, and Finance and Treasury Center (FTC) operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Championing the development, optimization, and digital transformation of the Treasury system, refining and optimizing relevant policies and management processes; enhancing the efficiency of cash flow management.
- Broaden diversified financing channels based on business needs; explore new financial instruments; design and implement financing strategies; optimize financing framework; and reduce funding costs.
- Prevent financial risks, optimize risk monitoring mechanisms, formulate strategies to effectively respond to and mitigate risks, and promote their implementation.
- Establish and operate FTC to manage cash pooling, facilitate payment and fund settlement, handle deposits, and enhance fund
returns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial decision-making support and facilitate business development.
- Any other duties as required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with familiarity
in finance, accounting, and related professional knowledge.
- 5 years or more relevant experience in fund management, treasury, financing, managing a financial services company, or
treasury work at commercial banks or financial institutions.
- Possess professional knowledge related to cash flow analysis,
corporate finance, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk management; familiar with financial markets and regulatory policies.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong Chinese writing skills
and experience, and excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent
professional qualifications are preferred.
