About the role
King Grouper Fish Soup Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced professional who can balance operational efficiency, quality control, and team management while driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fish Preparation: Clean, gut, fillet, and package fish and seafood products according to customer specifications and food safety standards.

2. Quality Control: Inspect fish and seafood products for quality, freshness, and appearance, ensuring they meet company and regulatory standards.

3. Processing Operations: Operate processing equipment, such as filleting machines, scales, and packaging machinery, to efficiently process fish and seafood products.

4. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety regulations and company policies.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of fish and seafood products, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.

6. Collaboration: Work with other team members to meet production targets and ensure smooth operations.

Working Conditions:

1. Physical Demands: The role may involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a cold environment.

Requirements:
