• $4,900 basic + monthly incentives + variable bonus.

• Location: Senoko.

• Working days: Monday to Saturday, 8am – 6pm.

We are looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead our catering team and ensure every event runs smoothly, from kitchen to client satisfaction. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning great food into exceptional service, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Catering Operations team to deliver excellence.

• Collaborate with sales, kitchen, and operations teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Oversee all logistics and operations for catering events, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Plan and manage manpower to meet varying event requirements.

• Monitor food, beverage, and service standards, and proactively resolve issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and handle complaints professionally.

• Ensure vehicles, office, and central kitchen meet operational and hygiene standards.

• Comply with mandatory hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years’ experience in the catering or food service industry.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients.

• Strong team player who can also work independently.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
