HR
- Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR activities with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct HR audits and assessments: Identify areas for improvement in HR practices and processes.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage HR budgets and resources: Effectively allocate funds and resources to support HR initiatives.
Finance
- Decision Support:Provides financial expertise and insights to senior management, supporting informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication:Communicates financial information to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- External Relationships:Develops and maintains relationships with external parties, such as auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning processes.
- Lead financial analysis on costs, profitability, and operational performance to drive efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a master’s degree is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate planning, HR & Accounting/Finance
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Candidate must possess good knowledge on confectionery of Japan current market trend.
