Corporate planning

Business Development, planning to increase the revenue & advice the sales team on latest confectionery market. Targeting in bring more revenue from Japan market.

HR

• Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR activities with the company's overall business objectives.
• Conduct HR audits and assessments: Identify areas for improvement in HR practices and processes.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage HR budgets and resources: Effectively allocate funds and resources to support HR initiatives.

Finance

• Decision Support:Provides financial expertise and insights to senior management, supporting informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication:Communicates financial information to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• External Relationships:Develops and maintains relationships with external parties, such as auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning processes.
• Lead financial analysis on costs, profitability, and operational performance to drive efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate planning, HR & Accounting/Finance
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Candidate must possess good knowledge on confectionery of Japan current market trend.
