Job Description:

Prepare/compile documents for Prolog Submission

Prepare/compile documents for Prolog resubmission

Submit and coordinate shop drawings for stamping

Follow up outstanding design issues and update Drawing list and drawings/drawing submissions to server

Submit and update RFI

STEMS and Instrumentation

Collate photos, STEMS reading, QP review on adverse readings to report in STEMS system

Upload new instrumentation installed by JV in STEMS

Upload instrumentation reading monitored by JV in STEMS

Record and put up instrumentation installation request form

Attend internal meeting and external meetings with clients and consultants

Record and update STEMS training list and SMS notification list to STEMS administrator

Record and Update Instrumentation reports to Server

Upload Approved BCA drawings in STEMS system
