Core Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation:Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and peeling vegetables and fruits, portioning ingredients, and preparing items for cooking.
• Kitchen Maintenance:Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils, washing dishes, pots, and pans, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Food Safety and Hygiene:Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean work environment, and following established procedures for food handling and storage. (Company will send you for food hygiene course if you do not have one)
• Assisting Cooks:Supporting chefs and cooks in various tasks, such as setting up workstations, organizing supplies, and preparing ingredients.
• Other Duties:May include tasks like restocking supplies, taking out the garbage, and assisting with food service.

• Food Safety Knowledge:Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles, often demonstrated by holding a food hygiene certificate.
