Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards in the production of sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, cruffins, and other baked goods
• Engage in Mixing, Shaping, Baking, and Lamination processes
• Guide the production of preferments and curds with precision
• Ensure proper packing, preparation, and presentation of finished products
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bakery and equipment
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with office and sales team to align output with demand
• Mentor junior bakers and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and good communication
Requirements
• Proven experience in artisan bread and viennoiserie production
• Deep passion for baking and a commitment to craftsmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a positive team culture
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Humble, hardworking, and motivated to delight customers through quality products
• Ability to manage production timelines and adapt to operational needs
• Able to create new products
