Horticulturist Cum Certified Arborist

An Arborist executes tree care management programmes for trees and palms. He/She conducts tree inspection and risk assessment and prescribes remedies for tree health problems. He/She assist in the preparation of tree assessment reports to management for decision-making. The Arborist enjoys the great outdoors, being in nature and is passionate about tree protection and conservation. He/She must be willing to work beyond official hours to respond to tree emergency situations.

~ Attend to urgent and emergency tree matters after working hours.
~ Conduct tree inspection on a daily basis.
~ Develop a comprehensive tree management programme.
~ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on arboriculture matters.
~ Plan and schedule tree maintenance programme with term contractors and supervisors.
~ Prepare a comprehensive Tree Assessment Report.
~ Supervise staff to ensure correct tree pruning and cutting methods are being applied.

~ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
~Must be valid ISA Certified Arborist
~Required language(s): English, Chinese (to liaise with associates)
~At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
