HR & Admin Executive
Field Catering & Supplies Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR Functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations
- Provide administrative support, such as maintaining office supplies, upkeep of office premises
- Handle and oversee all work pass matters including applications, renewals, cancellation
- Manage company & group insurance renewals / claims / licences
- Timely submission of government related claims
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Singapore’s Employment Act and various MOM regulations
- Good in engaging with people at all levels
- Excellent communications skills (written & oral)
- Possess and display leadership and management skills
- Ability to handle various HR matters and issues
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work independently and proactively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays)
- Singaporean preferred
