Semec Enterprise Pte Ltd specialises in designing, manufacturing, and installing of unique and innovative outdoor playgrounds.


Responsibilities :

  • Handling of Administrative matters and HR matters.
  • Payroll
  • Work Permit application/renewal
  • Document preparation, data entry and filing
  • Update and maintain employees' database (in Excel and infotech)
  • Arrange for trainings and appointments
  • Renewal of license
  • Other Ad-hoc jobs assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Compulsory: Words and Excel)
  • Effective communication skills, in both English and Mandarin
  • Cooperative team member
  • Willing to learn
