HR CUM ADMIN

• Recruitment and selection of employees
• Handle HR function includes recruitment, work pass application and cancellation including IR21 and levy claim, leave management, payroll processing and other HR related matter.
• Submission of CPF contribution, IR8A, government related claims.
• Processing of foreign worker work pass related matters
• Resolving employee grievances, disciplining and counseling employees.
• Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims
• Process resignation, computation of leave balance and preparation of acceptance of letters to exit clearance
• Assist in updating HR policies and procedure.
• Keep track of all office equipment, validate of staff claims
• Liaise with Worker Dormitory
• Attend to Governmental Agencies survey, e.g. MOM HR survey, BCA, etc
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
