Job Description

We are a listed Company in Nasdaq and we are looking for the following roles:

Recruitment and selection of employees
Work closely with vendors and various departments to ensure timely and smooth transition of human resource data migration and implementation of new human resource system.
Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal programmes and regular consultation with department heads.
Processing of foreign worker work pass related matters
Resolving employee grievances, disciplining and counseling employees and supervisors
Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims
Process resignation, computation of leave balance and preparation of acceptance of letters to exit clearance
Process dental and medical insurance claims; liaise with insurance company on claim issues
Attend to Governmental Agencies survey, e.g. MOM HR survey, BCA, etc
Preparing Payroll and CPF submission.
