HR Operations and Admin

Job Description:

• Timely maintenance of HR Databases
• Assisting in payrolls such as timesheet update, lateness and overtime hours
• Requisition and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and pantry needs
• Perform general administrative duties including answering of phone calls, courier services & etc.
• Issuance & maintenance of Office admin work such as licensing, office admin and etc.
• Process general & HR-related paperwork and maintain proper documentation and filling.
• Monitor employees' attendance and leave record
• Key in DO and match inventory/ invoices to reconcile
• Assist in arranging interviews for new recruitment, WDA Training courses.
• Recruitment, co-ordinate and conduct orientation process for new hires
• Register for Courses for relevant employees
• To undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Certification in human resources, management or similar
• Prior job experience, preferably abit of finance knowledge (checking of attendance , scheduling of payroll)
• Good Communication skills
• Must possess the willingness and ability to learn fast and efficiently
• Able to speak fluent mandarin as most of our clients speaks mandarin
• Able to start immediately / short notice would be an advantage
