Jobscobe:
· Organize and manage new employee orientation and on-boarding.
· Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new employee guides.
· Organize and maintain physical and digital personnel records.
· Update internal databases (e.g. sick leaves, new hires, terminations and warnings).
· Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. bank accounts and working days).
· Prepare presentations on HR-related metrics like Amendments of Company Benefits Policy.
· Preparing reports and memorandum for management.
· Revise company policies according to instructions.
· Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
