Job Description

Payroll function (salary & bonus processing) for staff on a monthly basis
Foreign worker related issues, include work permit application, renew or cancellation
Onboarding and off boarding
Maintain company organization charts
Provide recruitment support to recruitment team when necessary
Monitor staff welfare, leaves, discipline, allowances and compensation, claims & etc
Course & Training arragement
Handle mandatory government related surveys
Prepare all HR related letters, memos, notices and office announcements to all staff
Improve the current HR policies and ensure we meet MOM law compliance
Maintaining of employee files, insurance related issues and HR filing system
Any other duties assigned by Manager
