Job Description:
Division: Human Resource
Reports to: Section Head
Functional Relationships with:
All departments in the company
Position Profile:
The successful candidate will explore (with focus but not limited) to all matters related to Human Resource Operations
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Compliance
· Coordinate and participate in the internal audit, external audit and management review
· Consolidate, review and follow-up on the corrective action plan with stakeholders
Employee Relation
· Liaise with internal stakeholders for scheduling of workshops/courses/talks/seminars/events
· Liaise with external trainers on workshop training, resources and logistical arrangements
· Support in employee engagement and well-being programmes
· Other assigned administrative duties & related Projects
Industrial Relation
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Union for company-industrial related events
Ability / Competency Required:
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other fields
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Attention to details and deadline-oriented
· A team player with a positive attitude, independent and pro-active individual
· Good work ethic and integrity to handle confidential information
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
