Human Resources Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance appraisal and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and HR best practices
• Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and HR systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
