🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Design with Purpose: Create thoughtful, functional, and inspiring interior design proposals tailored to residential or commercial clients.
- Sales & Client Engagement: Meet potential clients, understand their vision, and convert leads into successful projects with flair and professionalism.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project execution — from concept and quotation to renovation and handover — ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house carpentry, 3D, and construction teams to bring designs to life.
- Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to constantly push creative boundaries.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: No experience is required.
- Design Know-how: Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp will be an advantage. If not training of the softwares will be given.
- Sales-Driven: Confident in presenting and closing deals. You enjoy talking to people and turning conversations into contracts.
- Project Savvy: Organized, resourceful, and reliable in managing multiple timelines and subcontractors.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and open to feedback. You love bouncing ideas off your team.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus for liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and contractors).
