IT Technician – D27 Yishun, Sembawang

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Windows Server Administration 

• Network Security and Disaster Management.

• Active directory management

• Working knowledge of, Domain environment, DHCP Server, DNS Server, Proxy Server, IP addressing and ​Routing concepts

• Network traffic policy, IPV4 policy implementation

• Secure NAS, NFS Servers with multiple Clients for File and Disk sharing. 

• Project Management - Structured Cabling Planning and Implementation.

• Maintains the computer and network systems of an organisation.

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues

• Ensuring that all systems are working properly.

• Setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

• Maintain all administrative records, files and material record in a central file.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

• Maintaining and updating the server logs of the incident and its resolution

• Document IT Records, routine checkups to be performed along with its documentation on a regular interval.

• End user support 

• Computer assembling and maintenance.  

• Installing and configuring the peripherals, components and drivers.

• Installing software and application to user standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge to operate printers and all IT devices - Professional Certificates on IT related skills
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent on related IT Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: With 3 years’ experience in IT related field.
