Job Description

  • Oversee all kitchen quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all outlets.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing of ingredients, preparation processes, and finished products to maintain consistent food quality.
  • Develop, implement, and review kitchen SOPs, recipes, and standard preparation methods to meet compliance and company standards.
  • Train, supervise, and guide kitchen staff to ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food while maintaining accurate QA & QC documentation.
  • Analyze kitchen performance and quality data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in food quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
