Landscape Project QS

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Project Quantity Surveyor cum Manager to join our team. This dual-function role combines technical quantity surveying expertise with project management responsibilities to oversee landscape projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying & Cost Management:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for landscape projects

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for landscape materials, plants, and construction elements

• Develop comprehensive cost quotations for clients and stakeholders

• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures

• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

• Conduct project audit reports and financial analysis

Project Management:

• Oversee multiple landscape projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

• Coordinate with landscape architects, contractors, and subcontractors

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Procurement & Sourcing:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for landscape materials, plants, and equipment

• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

• Conduct tender analysis and prepare tender recommendations

• Manage supply chain logistics for project materials

• Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers
