Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods according to the assigned schedule, carried out in a service-oriented manner.
- Carry out regular vehicle maintenance, ensure safe operation, maintain cleanliness, and promptly report any issues.
- Strictly comply with the company’s workplace safety procedures and Singapore traffic regulations.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum secondary school education (e.g., O-Level, SPM, or equivalent).
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of delivery experience and familiarity with Singapore routes
- Good work ethics and sense of responsibility
- A team player, flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and demands
- Able to work without supervision, equipped with strong customer service mindset
- Able to lift or carry goods weighing up to 25kg (job requirement)
Job Requirements:
- Able to listen, speak, and write in simple English; Mandarin is a plus to liaise with both English- and Chinese-speaking customers
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Good interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with all levels internally and externally
- Detail-oriented; able to understand delivery-related documents (e.g., Delivery Orders, Invoices, Memos)
- Open to constructive feedback and continuous learning
- Tactful and customer-oriented
- Physically fit to meet job demand
Specialised Certificates / Licenses:
- Valid Class 3/Class 4/Class 5 driving license with a good driving record
- Minimum CSOC or Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course certification
- Qualified lorry crane operator with at least 1 year of experience
