Job Summary
The Junior Administrative Executive provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role is suited for candidates with approximately 2 years of relevant experience who can work with minimal supervision while supporting management and team members with organizational and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and data entry
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal schedules
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Maintain and update company records and databases
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and basic budget tracking
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related matters
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed
Support HR administration such as onboarding paperwork and employee records
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
