MANAGER – D27 Yishun, Sembawang

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to meet revenue targets

• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms

• Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and supply chain coordination

• Analyze sales performance, margins, and market trends

• Lead and coach the wholesale sales team

• Collaborate with finance and operations on forecasting and stock planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in wholesale trade, B2B sales, or distribution management

• Strong track record in revenue growth and channel development

• Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Solid financial acumen (margin control, forecasting, budgeting)

• Proven leadership experience managing teams
