Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and make real-time decisions to avoid delays.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements, and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
Lead project meetings and provide clear communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, including updates on budget, schedule, and risk management.
Evaluate performance of contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
Implement best practices in project management, construction techniques, and environmental sustainability.
