Responsibilities:
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Identify and analyze potential wholesale market segments and opportunities
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Manage wholesale budgets and control expenses
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
Provide regular reports on wholesale sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in wholesale trade & marketing may be advantageous
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
Understanding of the current market conditions and industry trends
at least 5-6 years of experience
