Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to drive integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. You will play a key role in product launches, campaign management, and content development, supporting internal teams to bring our brand and products to market effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Develop product launch plans, including timelines, messaging, launch events, and promotional activities.
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance, proposing improvements where needed.
- Support the development and execution of product launch strategies.
- Coordinate launch activities, such as teaser campaigns, media outreach, influencer engagement, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design) to ensure launch readiness.
- Implement digital strategies including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and display advertising.
- Manage websites and landing pages, ensuring content is optimised for search and conversions.
- Oversee email marketing, newsletters, and marketing automation workflows.
- Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to develop creative assets and marketing materials.
- Assist internal teams with the development of marketing collateral including brochures, sales kits, presentation decks, POS materials, and product fact sheets.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and support business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and PR partners.
- Draft press releases, coordinate media coverage, and manage PR events to boost brand visibility.
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, roadshows, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site operations.
- Monitor KPIs, website analytics, social engagement, and advertising results.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing roles with exposure to product launches, digital, and traditional marketing.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO/SEM strategies, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and content development abilities.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating collateral development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Event planning and public relations experience are advantageous.
