PRIMARY DUTIES:
Customer Service
•Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
•Handle customer concerns and feedback
•Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
•Direct customer to relevant department for the required service
•Develop a rapport with customers
•Handle basic administrative duties such as managing booking systems, managing invoices, issuing receipts, manage mosque’s mailing system, administer donation processes etc.
•Ensure and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Service Centre
•Engage vendors for service and upkeep records
•Manage facilities booking and rental processes
General Support
•Collaborate with other departments and provide administrative and logistical support on departmental/mosque programmes and events
SECONDARY DUTIES:
•Provide support in social and family development’s administrative processes
•Provide support in mosque event’s operations and manpower requirements
•Provide support in department’s collective initiatives, implementations and recommend plans for improvement
•Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level or possess Professional Certificate in Customer Service or a related field
•Candidates with no experience may apply
•Possess excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills and can work independently
•Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
•Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
