About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize and refactor existing code for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Ensure security best practices are followed during development.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and software development trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL Server or other RDBMS, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
