Operation Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to build trust, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Prepare and issue quotations and job summaries with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Monitor payment schedules and conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure prompt payment.
• Submit worker timesheets accurately into the system.
• Handle and submit worker leave applications in the system as required.
• Support and assist in supervising transportation and logistics personnel to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
• Comply with and enforce all workplace health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain flexibility and be willing to work overnight shifts, Sundays, and public holidays when needed.
