Operation Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Operations Executive at Kwong Cheong Thye, your role is vital for the smooth functioning of our operations. Your responsibilities include:

Operations/Production Process Management

● Learning and performing various tasks in all production processes.

● Track production data, and enhance operational efficiency.

● Plan and ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards.

● Implement and manage quality assurance measures and processes to maintain product consistency and meet regulatory requirements.

● Provide daily progress and updates on any discrepancies in on-site and off-site review meetings with the Production team and management.

● Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

● Prepare, maintain and inspect machine/equipment maintenance logbook & operation checklist.

● Conduct root cause analysis on machine breakdown and minimize operation downtime through initiating machine improvement and corrective action in the production lines.

Internal Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

● Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Team to meet customer requirement.

● Support OEM production together with production team for product development.

● Collaborate with the QA Department for Root Causes Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions as necessary.

Supply Chain Management

● Sourcing and ensuring quality of raw materials for production.

● Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials.
