Operation/QA/QC Assistant

The Operation/QA/QC assistant job scope may include these responsibilities:

• Preparation and oversight of the operational activities
• Oversight of day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and monitor new production testing (new equipment, products or new packaging and etc
• Constantly monitor quality and help to investigate complaints
• Update operating procedures
• Replace the department supervisor in his/her absence
• Perform daily production process
• Follow daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule
• Responsible for document management systems
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
