Operation Supervisor

Salary: $4,600 - $5,000
Working Shift: 6 days’ work shift with 1-day rotating off
(Morning Shift: 9am - 5.20pm | Afternoon Shift: 11.40am - 8pm)

Main scope:

• Includes rostering, supervising, and training of laundry attendants
• must be willing to be hands-on
• experienced to manage around 30 laundry attendants at every shift

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the laundry section as a Team Lead
• Operate and supervise the operation of laundry machinery as assigned
• Train and coach new laundry attendants
• Ensure and observe workplace safety practices
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness of working area
