Job Description
Operation Supervisor
Salary: $4,600 - $5,000
Working Shift: 6 days’ work shift with 1-day rotating off
(Morning Shift: 9am - 5.20pm | Afternoon Shift: 11.40am - 8pm)
Main scope:
- Includes rostering, supervising, and training of laundry attendants
- must be willing to be hands-on
- experienced to manage around 30 laundry attendants at every shift
Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the laundry section as a Team Lead
- Operate and supervise the operation of laundry machinery as assigned
- Train and coach new laundry attendants
- Ensure and observe workplace safety practices
- Ensure and maintain cleanliness of working area
