Operations Admin

• Manpower Coordination:

1. Oversee the deployment and attendance of workers on-site, ensuring adequate staffing levels and compliance with work schedules.
2. Working closely with project teams to plan, update and coordinate manpower loading.
3. Update daily manpower loading report with actual deployment.
4. Co-ordinate and communicate with project teams when changes in plan schedule arises.

• Safety Compliance: Schedule and monitor Safety Induction Courses (SIC), and manage site entry passes and work permits.

• Administrative Support: Assist project managers with documentation, procurement, and internal communications.

• Logistics Management:

1. Coordinate accommodations, transportation, and daily necessities for on-site workers.
2. Maintain and coordinate with drivers on company vehicle repair and maintenance matters.

• Reporting:

1. Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and other operational metrics
2. Attend monthly tools and equipment audits and reconciliation of reports
3. Maintain & send Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
4. In charge of General Administrative duties and office maintenance matters.

• Work Pass Management:

1. Handle renewals, and cancellations record/data entry of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes, ensuring all personnel are legally authorized to work.
   
   Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient in computer skills especially MS office
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pleasant, good interpersonal & communication skills; meticulous; analytical
• A task-oriented person who is disciplined and reliable
• Ability to work in a team
• Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
