Operations Assistant (Class 4 driving license)

Job Description

• To support transport operations including but not limited to driving and logistics assignments
• To perform administrative duties
• To assist in various regular and ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operation

Requirements

• Possess valid Class 4 driving license
• Possess BDVL or committed to take up BDVL
• Excellent teamwork attitude
• Good problem solving skills
• Good commnication skills
• Good documentation and process planning skils
• Work flexi-hour and commence work early morning
• Perform physical work
• Knowledge in the use of common computer applications and software such Microsoft Office and Email
• Able to work independently with good customer service skills
• Preferly stay in the North area (Yishun/Canberra/Khatib/Sembawang)
• Welcome applicant with no background experience, training and mentor provided
• Relevant experience will be considered for senior role
