Operations Director

Role Summary

As Operations Director, you will be a senior leader responsible for overseeing and driving all operational aspects of the company to ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality. You will partner with other C-level executives and functional heads to translate strategy into action, optimize processes, and deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operations strategy aligned with company vision, objectives, and financial goals
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, optimal resource allocation, and strong cross-departmental coordination
• Define, monitor and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across operations
• Lead process redesign, operational excellence initiatives, and workflow automations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, quality, and governance standards
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and operational forecasting
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
• Engage with external stakeholders (vendors, partners, regulatory bodies) as needed
• Drive change management, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressively senior operations / general management experience
• Proven track record in scaling operations, managing budgets, and delivering efficiency gains
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision making
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and change management skills
• Familiarity with Singapore’s business environment, regulatory, compliance frameworks is highly advantageous
