OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

-Supervise everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth oriented programs.

-Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.

-Provide training to workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills.

-Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.

-Must been driven, postive work attitude,willing to get hands dirty,with a sharp eye for details.Should also have excellent personal presentation along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer literacy is a must.

-Have a vehicle is a plus Manage operations and ensure delivery of quality service to clients Oversee the entire operations spectrum (Both Service and Construction Sector) and ensure operations are handled smoothly.

-Responsible for the employees Turnout standards and overall attitude of the staff.

-

-Responsible for Recruitment,training and replacement of the staff. Prepare attendance rosters and work schedules.

-Prepare project updates within required timeframe and delegate individual tasks to all employees.

-Provide support and join improvement based methods.

-Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

-Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports.

-Visit sites and keep tabs of projects and liaise with the Client Reps.
