OPERATIONS OFFICER / EXECUTIVE

We are a new entrant into the funerary industry offering an integrated one stop facility solution comprising of funeral parlours, embalming facilities and columbarium niches in Singapore.

Our goal is to partner closely with existing funerary service providers to provide bereaved families with an environment that is comfortable and comforting during their time of grief.

Our stand-alone purpose-built facility will house an embalming facility to provide embalmers a clean and safe space to perform this final service for the deceased.

For families who need a place for remembrance, we also provide niches for the cremated remains of the deceased to be housed in our columbarium.

We are currently looking for experienced funerary industry specialists to join our team.

The Role

The role is to ensure that the Building are well maintained and operated.

In addition, the Facilities Operations Officer / Executive has to assist and manage the reservations of the parlours.

Responsibilities:

- Overview and Maintenance of the building facilities

- Carry out minor mechanical and electrical repairs in relation to buildings and facilities

- Conduct regular building inspection

- Ensure all equipment in the building are operational and well maintained

- Assist to ensure all Parlours are cleaned in a timely manner for efficient turnaround

- Assist to prepare the funeral parlour in accordance to the religion and wishes of the bereaved family

- Assist to ensure that reserved parlours are recorded in the booking system

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

- 2-4 years’ experience of relevant experience (funeral parlour/industry is an advantage)

- Industry Knowledge of religious, cultural, customs and burial practices

- Independent self-starter with strong problem solving and organising skills

- Conversant with basic computer software

- With Class 3 driving license will be advantageous

- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

- Building Management / Managing Agent / Hospitality experience is encouraged to apply
