Must have at least 3 years of culinary operation experience in catering business.
Able to monitor the kitchen's full operations:

Ordering raw materials from suppliers.

Maintaining food costing.

Stock-keeping of all inventories.

Job scheduling of all kitchen helpers.

Ensure that our food is up to standard.

Ensure timely delivery of all cooked food.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen at all times.
