Order Fulfilment Assistant (Singaporeans ONLY)

Provide sales support to sales team.

· Respond and process incoming enquiries and orders:

1. Whatsapps

2. Phone call

3. Email

4. Sales team

· Prepare orders, production job cards, invoices, delivery orders and other documents required for delivery.

· Close coordination with delivery & production team to ensure on time deliveries to customers.

· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior

Education and work requirements:
- At least minimum GCE O or N Level/ITE preferably with 1 year relevant working experience.
- Able to work on Saturdays and Public holidays. Off on weekdays, working time: 12.30pm to 9.30pm.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and work well under pressures.
