Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of pest control methods, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train pest control technicians in safe and effective pest management practices.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Develop and implement pest control plans tailored to client needs.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pests, and treatment methods.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pest control, with a minimum of [2 years] in a supervisory role.
