Planner / Scheduling Officer

Job Description:

• Produce weekly and monthly plan for all job / site / project
• Plan, Schedule, Release and Print job schedule
• Monitor and expedite all operations that delay schedules
• Responsible for sales order on time delivery and escalates to Director when at risk
• Ensure the job completion on daily basis
• Ensure the accurancy of the schedule on daily basis
• Supervise, Lead, Manage and Problem solving for all workers
• Performance management to all workers and submit report to Director
• Liase and Arrange with Sales Team, Store Keeper, Admin, HR when necessary

Requirements:

• Mininum Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related education diploma
• Mininum 6 years related working experience in Singapore is a must
• PC skills
• Microsoft Office - Excel, Word
• Leader skills
• Organization skills would be better
• Long Working Hour might be required
