Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:Review project blueprints and specifications to understand plumbing requirements.
  Develop detailed installation plans and work schedules for the plumbing crew.
  Estimate material needs and manage inventory.
  Monitor project progress against deadlines and budget.

• Team Leadership:Assign tasks to plumbers based on their skills and experience.
  Provide on-site supervision and guidance to ensure proper installation techniques.
  Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  Address any issues or conflicts within the team.

• Quality Control:Regularly inspect ongoing plumbing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
  Identify and rectify any errors or defects in workmanship.
  Perform final inspections before project completion.

• Safety Compliance:Enforce all safety protocols and procedures on the job site.
  Conduct safety training for the plumbing crew.
  Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
