Process Engineer (Electro-Plating)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process and quality aspects of plating production; ensure the production runs smoothly while meeting quality and legal requirements
• Tackle problems relating to the manufacturing process and defects
• Plan and control costs within the budget
• Conduct product testing; evaluate and propose improvement of manufacturing processes, chemicals, and cost efficiency
• Review and handle Plating Work Instructions, check sheet, SOPs; and conduct briefings or trainings with the operational staff
• Handle and control Plating ISO, IATF, OHSAS, CSR-related documents and provide related refresher training
• Ensure plating process complies with good manufacturing practices and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, or Mechanical Engineering; OR a diploma-holder in a relevant engineering field with 3 to 5 years of experience
