Product Manager (Data Center Cooling Solution)

Job Description:

• Accountable for achieving sales targets and delivering expected sales volume.
• Plan and execute the launch activities of new products in the market.
• Possess solid knowledge of network cooling solutions across various industry segments.
• Coordinate with overseas teams for proposal preparation, submission, and project implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, end users, and relevant stakeholders to support business operations.
• Actively promote and market company products in the local market.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for meetings with suppliers and principals.
• Liaise with the installation team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the merchandising team to optimize performance and productivity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major key clients to support long-term business success.
• Strategically position products to appeal to target markets.
• Proactively anticipate client needs, account changes, and areas for improvement.
• Manage communications between key clients and internal departments to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, advertising, logistics, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Data Center, Telecommunications, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: S$3,500.00 - S$6,500.00
• Sales Allowance: S$450.00
• Transport Allowance: S$1,500.00
• Sales Commission: Attractive commission scheme based on performance.

Benefits:

• Annual Leave: 14 days, up to 21 days.
